KBR is seeking a motivated Senior Director to manage Mission Technology Solutions (MTS) CTO initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Directing, developing, communicating, and implementing the company's direction and strategic goals.

  • Developing strategies to optimize business development and marketing internally to the company's employees as well as externally to the clients.

  • Leads cultural and operational change to drive technical innovation across business development, business units, internally to the company's employees, and to our external clients.

  • Identifying and communicating best practices throughout the company.

  • Optimizing results for customers as well as the company by establishing goals and objectives for execution and making operational decisions.

  • Developing strategy through the implementation and execution phases. 

Work Environment:

  • Location: Remote

  • Travel Requirements: Minimal 0-20%

  • Working Hours: Standard

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in related technical field and at least 20 years of related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in related technical field.

 

Basic Compensation: 

$210,800.00 - $316,100.00

 

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity. 

 

Additional Compensation: 

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
