Radiology is the second most used healthcare service, used by over 51% of the workforce annually. Despite the critical role of radiology in healthcare, the process for undergoing a medical imaging exam has remained unchanged for decades. OneImaging is solving this with a concierge approach and a premium-quality radiology network of over 4,000 vetted providers across 48 states, which also reduces imaging costs by 60-80%. Our solution helps patients and families access essential radiology services at fair prices and without surprise bills, all while delivering immediate savings and ROI for employers and payers on every exam.

We are seeking a Senior Director of Commercial Marketing to build and lead our demand generation, thought leadership, and go-to-market strategy across key verticals: employers, TPAs, health plans, and channel partners. This role is critical to scaling awareness, accelerating pipeline growth, and supporting sales execution in a high-growth, early-stage environment.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel commercial marketing strategy to support pipeline growth across employers, health plans, TPAs, and channel partners.
  • Drive OneImaging’s positioning, messaging, and differentiation in the market.
  • Plan, manage, and execute OneImaging’s presence at key industry conferences and events, including booth design, speaking opportunities, and field marketing support.
  • Identify and coordinate hosted and sponsored events (webinars, roundtables, dinners) to support market visibility and demand generation.
  • Lead campaign planning and execution across LinkedIn, SEO, email, events, and partnerships.
  • Build and manage a content engine, including case studies, white papers, landing pages, and sales collateral.
  • Partner with sales to develop effective enablement tools and materials that support each stage of the buyer journey.
  • Drive marketing metrics, reporting, and insights to continuously optimize performance.
  • Manage external agencies and freelancers as needed to extend capacity and capabilities.
  • Help define and build the marketing team as the company grows.

About you:

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in digital health, health tech, or employee benefits.
  • Proven success leading commercial marketing initiatives that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Experience in planning and executing event marketing, conference strategy, and field marketing initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market motions for employers, TPAs, and/or health plans.
  • Exceptional storytelling and content development skills.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  • Strategic thinker with a willingness to roll up sleeves and execute.
  • Passion for building in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment.

The base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $170,000.  Individual compensation will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, experience, location, and applicable laws. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
