The Consumer, Product, Brand and Marketplace (CPBM) Studio Operations community is the foundation and support of the Product image creation process at Nike. As the Senior Digital Studio Producer, you will be the main connection point between what the categories and businesses need and what the CPBM Production & Design Studios create.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This position requires a high level of cross-functional partnership. You may work directly with our Design, Production, Immersive and Process Innovation teams. You'll also work with category & business partners including Product Management, Graphic Design, Apparel Design, Tech Development, FW Development, Product Information Analysts, Design Operations, Business Operations as well as Merchandising and potentially outside agencies.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This person is an image process expert, with demonstrated project management experience working with mid-size teams and projects. The ideal candidate is service-minded and will drive collaboration between the Design, Production and Immersive Studios and Nike’s Product Creation teams. This candidate demonstrates high attention to detail and is process driven with excellent communication skills. Prior knowledge product creation is a requisite. Knowledge of 3D tools and end-to-end product creation are a nice to have!

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

In this role, you will act as the liaison between our Design & Production studios and multiple Nike business partners. You will attend category meetings to proactively seek information needed by our studio partners to execute graphics, images, 3D assets, and Immersive experiences as well as analyse and investigate any issues identified as a roadblock by our studio partners.

When needed, you will schedule and lead meetings to ensure gates and dates are met, utilizing new and established workflows and processes for the studios. You will leverage data to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of your requests via a project management tool tracker (Wrike / Shotgrid / Airtable).

This position ensures alignment across standard tools and processes, acting as a resource to teammates when problems arise or solutions are needed. The Senior DSP identifies opportunities and works to improve existing processes within Nike’s Apparel and Footwear Product Creation Teams. You will help ensure Nike’s Apparel & Footwear Product Creation Teams have what they need to create, sell and manufacture their seasonal Apparel product. Our studio operates throughout the product lifecycle - creating and maintaining imagery & assets from Concept through Go-To-Market Readiness.

You will provide metrics on task and project status and negotiate deadlines that fall outside our standard CODE calendars, while helping to resolve any “out of scope” requests. The Senior Digital Studio Producer collaborates with their teammates to use their knowledge, skills, and abilities to identify areas of opportunity, resolve complex problems & navigate solutions, ensure an appropriate level of service to all Nike categories & businesses, as well as consistent input into our Design & Production Studios.

The Senior Digital Studio Producer manages information and processes to help create and maintain the Apparel and Footwear product images according to Nike image standards.

You will attend and lead meetings between Category partners and the CPBM Studio Operations team to achieve the following:

  • Refine the digital asset workflow: Partner with the Process Innovation team to assist with visual process mapping and defining technical standards for downstream consumption (inputs / outputs).
  • Individual workload and calendar management – communicate key dates to partners, working across several seasons simultaneously.
  • Owning and maintaining asset flow process, organization, and management from brief to hand-off.
  • Track and report on digital asset status to project team.
  • Coordinate location and access for digital files with internal Nike and external partners.
  • Facilitate project team meetings and monitor communication channels (ie. Slack, Wrike, Shotgrid, Airtable, SmartSheet) to track against deliverables and deadlines. Act as the main operational support for Design and Production Studios.
  • Creative problem solving and collaboration between CODE Ops, Design, CBPM, NXT, and category partners.
  • Advising all review and workshop processes
  • Documentation of current and new processes and peer and cross-functional training

This Senior Digital Studio Coordinator role will focus on Licensed Apparel across the Global Football and Basketball Fields of Play.

We offer a number of accommodations to complete our interview process including screen readers, sign language interpreters, accessible and single location for in-person interviews, closed captioning, and other reasonable modifications as needed. If you discover, as you navigate our application process, that you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, please complete the Candidate Accommodation Request Form.
