In this role you will:
- Create payments API and webhook product strategy & roadmap
- Collaborate across the digital & payments product, engineering & operations team to design for amazing client experience
- Write user stories / requirements & documentation for API & webhook solutions
- Lead API and webhook product development with Agile software development teams
- Investigate production issues, helping customer support teams in resolving cases faster. Answer product questions from clients
- At least 4 years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience or education
- User stories / requirements writing experience, working with Agile software development teams to deliver solutions to production
- Knowledge of API & webhook solutions offered by banks & fintechs
- Knowledge of payments, especially ACH & wire, in the US
- Knowledge of API & webhook documentation publishing
- Not eligible for visa sponsorship.
- Role is not eligible for 100% remote. Candidates must be willing to work onsite. Location preference is Charlotte, North Carolina
