This hybrid role is based out of our Wilmington, MA headquarters. Only local candidates will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the VP of Communications and Digital Experience to define priorities and roadmap for the Locus Robotics digital experience.
  • Lead the ongoing evolution of the website experience, including information architecture, navigation, user journeys, and content organization.
  • Define and evolve a modular content model that supports consistency, reuse, flexibility, and more relevant audience journeys over time.
  • Identify and shape opportunities for interactive content experiences that improve engagement, communicate value clearly, and support conversion goals.
  • Translate business priorities, audience insights, and campaign needs into clear digital experience briefs, page requirements, wireframes, and recommendations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with brand, content, product marketing, and demand generation teams to ensure digital experiences reflect strategic priorities and business needs.
  • Work closely with external web, design, and development partners to guide execution, provide feedback, and ensure deliverables align with experience standards.
  • Drive digital discoverability through strong SEO fundamentals, semantic content structure, and readiness for AI- and LLM-driven search experiences.
  • Monitor site performance and user behavior, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and prioritize improvements to strengthen engagement and conversion.
  • Establish and maintain standards for page quality, UX consistency, content structure, and digital experience governance.
  • Ensure alignment between web experiences and key digital touchpoints, including campaign destinations and landing page experiences, to support consistency in design, messaging, and conversion strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital experience, web strategy, content strategy, UX-focused marketing, or related roles within B2B organizations.
  • Proven experience shaping and managing digital experiences for complex brands, with a strong understanding of how websites support awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
  • Strong experience with information architecture, user journeys, content structure, and conversion-oriented digital strategy.
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, semantic content structure, and emerging best practices for AI/LLM discoverability.
  • Experience with conversion optimization, A/B testing, and personalization platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), tag management, accessibility standards, and related analytics platforms.
  • Experience building web governance and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with WordPress management, as well as Marketo and intent data platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
