The DevOps Engineer will manage cloud-native services, design CI/CD workflows, improve observability stacks, and enforce secure practices.
Description
Requirements
The company is redefining mobile monetization. We’re a fast-growing startup empowering mobile publishers to take back control over their app economy — offering advanced payment infrastructure, player insights, and monetization tools.
Our DevOps team is critical to our mission: enabling secure, reliable, and scalable product delivery at global scale.
We’re looking for an all-around DevOps engineer — someone who’s comfortable navigating infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, cloud cost, security, and automation, and who thrives in cross-domain environments where context-switching and ownership across the stack are part of the game.
Responsibilities
- Create & manage cloud-native services AWS (Mainly EKS), GCP, Confluent Kafka, MongoDB Atlas etc.
- Design and maintain GitOps-based CI/CD workflows (ArgoCD, Helm, GitHub Actions)
- Improve and maintain observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, OpenTelemetry)
- Implement deployment safety mechanisms: canary analysis, B/G deployments, rollback policies
- Manage ephemeral environments for every feature branch PR using K8s, Crossplane, and Terraform
- Collaborate with backend teams to define and automate FinOps-aware environments
- Build and enforce secure deployment practices (e.g., MFA, role-based access, audit trails)
- Support performance, incident response, and SLO tracking across services
- Help build secure workflows across VPN, SSO (Google Workspace), secret scanning, and IaC
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in DevOps / SRE / Infrastructure Engineering roles
- Deep experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and modern CI/CD tooling
- Familiarity with GitOps principles and tools (ArgoCD preferred)
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and networking (EKS, VPC, ALBs, DNS)
- Experience with ephemeral or on-demand environments – big plus
- Proficiency with observability tools and log aggregation systems
- Awareness of security best practices (IAM, MFA, vulnerability scanning, SOC2 fundamentals)
- Comfortable with scripting in Bash, Python, or Go
