- Drive Innovation: Take charge of end-to-end DevOps processes, including deployments, resource administration, automation, and bolstering security
- Shape the Future: Assess the IT landscape and DevOps maturity to uncover and bridge gaps, paving the way for impactful improvements
- Collaborate & Strategize: Work closely with business, development, and operations teams to understand the business model and craft tailored DevOps solutions
- Streamline Operations: Design and implement efficient processes that align with organizational goals, ensuring smooth, agile, and secure operations
- Master's Degree in IT Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in IT Management, including Virtualization, Networking, Operational Systems, Containers, Cloud, and Security
- Solid knowledge of DevOps disciplines such as Agile Planning, Code Versioning, CI/CD, IaC, Continuous Monitoring, and Configuration Management
- Solid hands-on experience with scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell, JavaScript)
- Experience with cloud services (preferably MS Azure and Google Cloud Platform)
- Experience with DevOps-related platforms, such as Git, Jenkins, Ansible, Atlassian Stack, Azure DevOps, Monitoring tools, Kubernetes-based platforms, Database systems (Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, etc)
- Good communication skills to deliver workshops and training when needed
