We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer – Salesforce Platform with 7–10 years of overall experience, including at least 4+ years of Salesforce release engineering experience.The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning CI/CD pipeline architecture, Salesforce sandbox and branching strategies, release governance, automated testing, and deployment processes across Salesforce environments. The role will also involve introducing AI-assisted development and delivery tools to improve testing, code review, and deployment risk detection.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of overall IT experience, with 4+ years of Salesforce release engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with SFDX, Salesforce CLI, and Metadata API deployments.
- Production experience with at least one Salesforce DevOps/deployment platform such as:Copado, Gearset, AutoRabit, Flosum
- Strong Git experience, including branching, pull-request gating, and conflict resolution in metadata-heavy repositories.
- Hands-on CI/CD experience with one or more platforms:Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps
- Working knowledge of Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) sufficient to troubleshoot deployment failures.
- Scripting proficiency in Python, Bash, or Node.js.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and their impact on deployment and testing strategies.
