We are looking for a skilled and driven Senior DevOps Engineer to become a part of our team. The perfect candidate will possess extensive experience with Azure DevOps, GIT, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) methodologies. In this role, you will be instrumental in automating and optimizing our operations and processes, ensuring our infrastructure is both reliable and scalable.

What you will be doing:

  • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate GIT workflows and best practices.

  • Deploy and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.

  • Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and security.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.

  • Implement and manage automated testing and deployment processes.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

What we hope you bring to this role:

  • 7+ years of proven experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline creation and management.

  • Strong proficiency in GIT and version control systems.

  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.

  • Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.

  • Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Familiarity with observability tools

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Compensation Disclosures:

The annual starting salary for this position is between $120,000 – $130,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
