You’ll collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to translate strategy into intuitive interfaces, engaging visuals, and dynamic motion content. This is a high-impact opportunity to define design standards, push creative boundaries, and craft work that resonates with both our customers and our company vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create content informed by social trends that delivers measurable engagement and conversions.
  • Use performance insights to shape effective creative strategies.
  • Collaborate with Designers, Marketing Leads, Developers, and Creative Directors to deliver high-quality assets across digital, social, product marketing, and partnerships.
  • Develop concepts, execute them, and oversee polished final delivery. • Maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all creative outputs.
  • Stay ahead of design, marketing, and technology trends to keep creative output innovative.
  • Translate business and marketing goals into clear, compelling, and visually impactful designs.
  • Uphold high standards of design quality across all projects.
  • Organize and manage files, ensuring delivery-ready assets for internal and external use.

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
