[Summary]

  • We are hiring Designers and UX Researchers to deliver high-quality product and brand experiences across TV, mobile, web, social, and print for a global consumer electronics and streaming business
  • Execute end-to-end product design from concept through production-ready specifications for TV (10-ft), mobile, and web platforms
  • Design and execute primary consumer research (qualitative and quantitative) and deliver actionable insights to product teams
  • Develop creative assets (logos, banners, video, motion design) aligned with brand guidelines across paid media, web, social, and print
  • Partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, creative directors, and agency partners

[Duties and Responsibilities]

Product / UI-UX Design

  • Translate product requirements and user insights into clear interaction models and polished UI solutions
  • Create detailed user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes to communicate and validate design decisions
  • Drive high-quality visual and interaction craft with strong attention to motion, layout, and system consistency; apply and contribute to the design system
  • Deliver detailed design specifications and assets for efficient engineering implementation

UX / Consumer Research

  • Design and execute primary consumer research using qualitative and quantitative methods (research design, recruiting, interviewing, surveys, analysis, reporting)
  • Synthesize primary, secondary, and public research sources; compare competitor applications and products for actionable insights
  • Evaluate new product concepts and UX design documents for usability issues; collaborate with external vendors and peers on research plans

Creative & Brand Design

  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to apply brand guidelines and identities across diverse creative media
  • Develop creative assets (logos, banners, video, motion design) for paid media, websites, social platforms, and print
  • Manage design projects from concept to completion ensuring cohesive assets across platforms; support localization of video and graphic content for regional markets
  • Utilize AI tools to streamline creative processes and improve efficiency

[Skills & Qualifications]

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, HCI, Video Production, or related field preferred
  • UX Researcher: 5+ years of consumer research with emphasis on qualitative techniques; Product Designer: 8–10+ years of consumer-facing product design; Creative/Brand Designer: 8+ years of graphic design and video editing
  • Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools; Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects); familiarity with AI-enabled design workflows a plus
  • Experience designing for TV or large-screen (10-ft) platforms preferred; strong interaction, visual, and motion design skills
  • Proficiency with online research/survey tools such as dscout, Pollfish, or Qualtrics for research roles
  • Compelling portfolio demonstrating craft, versatility, and execution across platforms (required)
  • Experience in consumer electronics, streaming/media, or home entertainment industry preferred; understanding of localization for global markets a plus
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with product, engineering, marketing, and agency partners; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
