About us:

Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. Powered by technology, we are a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. Following the mass increase in depression and anxiety, the need for accessibility is more important than ever. To make our vision for mental healthcare a reality, we’re building a team of entrepreneurs and mission-driven go-getters. Since launching in February 2021, we’ve empowered more than ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and insurance landscape. We’ve raised more than $178mm of funding from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, and others.

Grow Therapy is seeking a Senior Designer, Paid Social to concept and create standout designs for our paid social channels. This role is equal parts hands-on design and creative ideation, with a focus on performance, storytelling, and staying culturally relevant.
In close partnership with the Senior Creative Director and our Growth Marketing team, you’ll shape how Grow Therapy shows up on Meta, TikTok, and beyond—developing creative that not only looks great but drives results.
This is a role for a hybrid thinker and doer: a designer who is energized by fast-moving environments, obsessed with craft, and excited by the challenge of evolving a brand through paid social creative.
In This Job You’ll:
  • Concept and design high-performing creative for Meta, TikTok, and emerging paid social platforms
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters and growth marketers to bring holistic campaigns to life
  • Own projects end-to-end from initial ideation through testing, iteration, and final execution
  • Drive visual consistency and originality across all paid assets while pushing the boundaries of the brand
  • Lead and evolve design systems, templates, and visual guidelines for paid content
  • Partner with performance marketers to interpret data and apply insights to creative iterations
  • Stay plugged into cultural, social, and design trends—bringing fresh ideas to the table regularly
  • Work with agencies and freelancers to scale creative production when needed

The salary range for this position is $142,000 - $159,000 USD.

You’ll Be a Good Fit If:
  • You have 5+ years of experience in brand or marketing design, ideally with a focus on paid social
  • You have a strong portfolio demonstrating performance-minded design with personality and clarity
  • You are proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and comfort with AI creative tools
  • You have experience with basic animation/motion graphics and editing for social (especially vertical video)
  • You possess deep knowledge of social media design best practices and metrics (e.g., thumb-stopping content, scroll behavior, hook effectiveness)
  • You have excellent communication skills, including the ability to present work and advocate for ideas
  • You have a high bar for visual craft—strong typography, layout, and attention to detail
  • You are proactive, curious, and a collaborative, team-first mindset
Bonus Points:
  • Passion for or experience in content creation (on or off camera)
  • Comfort ideating for organic content as well as paid
  • Interest in wellness, therapy, or mental health

If you don’t meet every single requirement, but are still interested in the job, please apply. Nobody checks every box, and Grow believes the perfect candidate is more than just a resume.
