The Senior Design Manager leads a team to create cohesive product experiences across Atlassian apps, focusing on user experience and collaboration with stakeholders.
Working at Atlassian
Atlassians can choose where they work - whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.
The Atlassian Home and App team creates cohesive product experiences that centralize users' work across applications, driving cross-app adoption and reinforcing the Atlassian System of Work (ASOW). As a Senior Design Manager, you'll lead design across apps and features like Teams, Projects, Goals, and navigation components such as Universal Create and App Switcher, enhancing the user experience across Atlassian products. You'll guide a team of designers to deliver impactful, high-quality work that simplifies work sprawl and supports seamless, integrated user experiences across the Atlassian products.
