Job Description

Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Demand Generation Specialist who will drive strategic demand generation initiatives that accelerate pipeline growth and revenue impact. This role requires a proven professional who can lead complex, multi-channel campaigns while mentoring team members and collaborating across departments to maximize marketing effectiveness. You will own the strategic planning and execution of demand generation programs that generate high-quality leads and support our ambitious growth objectives in the medical imaging market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic demand generation programs that drive measurable pipeline growth, including multi-touch ABM campaigns, lead nurturing sequences, and integrated digital marketing initiatives that deliver qualified opportunities to sales teams 
  • Oversee Intelerad’s paid media strategy ensuring high ROI as measured by CPC to pipeline added
  • Develop and execute sophisticated campaign strategies using advanced marketing automation, lead scoring, and attribution modeling to optimize conversion rates and demonstrate clear ROI on marketing investments 
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in campaign execution, best practices, and strategic thinking while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and customer success initiatives 
  • Analyze campaign performance and market trends to provide strategic insights that inform future demand generation strategies, budget allocation, and program optimization decisions 
  • Own the campaign calendar and resource allocation to ensure optimal timing, audience targeting, and message sequencing across all demand generation channels and touchpoints

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent experience 
  • 4+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or marketing operations with demonstrated success in B2B environments 
  • Advanced proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot or equivalent) and CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent) 
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive strategic decisions and optimize campaign performance 
  • Proven experience with Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and multi-channel campaign execution 
  • Excellent project management abilities with experience coordinating complex campaigns across multiple stakeholders and timelines

Preferred Qualifications & Special Requirements

  • Experience in healthcare technology, medical imaging, or SaaS environments 
  • Advanced knowledge of lead scoring, attribution modeling, and marketing analytics 
  • Experience mentoring team members and leading cross-functional initiatives 
  • Familiarity with content marketing, social media marketing, and digital advertising platforms 
  • Strong presentation and communication skills for executive-level reporting 
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in fast-paced, results-driven environments

Travel Requirements: Up to 5% travel primarily in North America

The base pay for this position ranges from $65,000 to $70,000 USD within any geographic market in the US. Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Intelerad is a total compensation company. Pay is dependent on the position offered.  Bonus and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, retirement, PTO, and/or other benefits.
