The Senior Demand Generation Manager is a senior individual contributor responsible for driving high-impact, strategic pipeline generation programs across Employ's portfolio of hiring solutions. This role serves as a program owner for field events & tradeshows, account-based marketing (ABM) efforts, partner & co-marketing strategies, and integrated pipeline generation campaigns.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Demand Generation, this individual will operate with a high degree of autonomy and partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Brand, Lifecycle Marketing, and executive stakeholders to develop and execute programs that accelerate pipeline creation, improve conversion, and drive measurable revenue impact.
About the Team:The Demand Generation team sits at the center of Employ’s growth strategy, partnering closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Brand, Content, Lifecycle Marketing, and Web teams to drive pipeline and revenue. This is a highly collaborative, results-oriented group focused on delivering integrated go-to-market programs that create meaningful business impact. As part of the broader Growth organization, this small, but mighty team is empowered to test, learn, and scale innovative programs across Employ’s portfolio of hiring solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Field Events & Tradeshows: Own Employ's field marketing strategy and execution, delivering high-impact tradeshows, customer events, and ABM experiences that drive pipeline and revenue. (Travel may be required for on-site event execution 3+ times per quarter.)
- Partner & Co-Marketing Programs: Develop and scale co-marketing programs with strategic partners to generate demand, expand market reach, and create measurable pipeline impact.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Lead execution of Employ's strategic ABM programs, partnering closely with Sales to engage and convert priority accounts into pipeline.
- Integrated Demand Generation Campaigns: Drive cross-functional marketing campaigns that align content, paid media, lifecycle, web, events, and sales motions to generate pipeline growth.
- Pipeline Performance & Sales Alignment: Partner closely with Sales and RevOps to enable the team on marketing programs, maximize campaign effectiveness, ensure strong follow-up execution, and drive pipeline progression across key programs.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated marketing within B2B SaaS or technology companies.
- Industry Experience: Experience in HR tech, recruiting technology, or adjacent B2B SaaS categories is a plus, but not required.
- Pipeline Mindset: Demonstrated success developing programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong ability to build relationships and partner effectively across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and executive stakeholders.
- Strategic & Executional Balance: Equally comfortable developing strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute.
- Project Leadership: Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, influence without authority, and drive initiatives to completion.
