We’re looking for an experienced, data-driven marketer to scale our B2B marketing across LinkedIn and Meta while partnering closely with regional managers, creative, sales, and analytics teams. Your campaigns will speak to decision-makers in the US, UK, and ANZ, helping them discover how monday.com empowers their organization.

- Own and grow high-budget paid social and video campaigns aimed at B2B buyers, from strategy to execution to reporting
- Collaborate weekly with stakeholders in the US, UK, and ANZ to align messaging, offers, and pipeline goals
- Spot new opportunities, from untapped audience segments to fresh ad formats, and test them rapidly
- Plan, launch, and optimize multi-platform social campaigns that hit pipeline ARR targets.
- Run systematic A/B tests on audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve conversion rate.
- Present weekly performance analysis to regional stakeholders, highlighting trends and next steps.

- 3+ years hands-on experience running paid social campaigns for B2B products (preferably SaaS) at scale.
- Proven success managing monthly budgets of $100k+ across multiple geographies.
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) or intent data platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase)
- Advanced analytical skills; comfortable working with large datasets, Excel/Sheets, Looker/Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Fluent English (written & spoken) and outstanding communication skills for cross-region collaboration.
- Solid understanding of full-funnel marketing, attribution, and lead-to-revenue workflows.
- Growth mindset: proactive, adaptable, and energized by rapid experimentation.
