POSITION SUMMARY: 
 
 The Senior Demand Generation Manager is a pivotal figure responsible for orchestrating campaign strategy and execution across go-to-market channels, both inbound and outbound, focused on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) Target accounts. With a keen insight into achieving KPIs across myriad campaigns and the ability to derive actionable insights from data, the Senior Manager will execute campaigns that captivate, resonate and engage with decision-makers and influencers within the enterprise landscape. This position will be very focused on Account Based Marketing/Selling (ABM) to a finite set of key target accounts - globally.


Key Responsibilities:

    Campaign Creation & Execution: Design, test, and scale campaigns across multiple channels to drive database growth and pipelines.
     Performance Analysis & Improvement: Regularly measure and report campaign and program performance, making informed recommendations for future campaigns. Proficiency with Marketing Automation systems and SFDC is a strong plus.
     Cross-Functional Collaboration: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional leaders, ensuring alignment towards goals. Partner closely with sales, the SDR team, field marketing and other departments to enhance the effectiveness of campaigns.
     Vendor Relationships: Manage and nurture relationships with third-party vendors, including ad agencies and content syndicators, to bolster lead-generation efforts.
     Mid-Funnel Conversion: Work in tandem with the SDR team to bolster mid-funnel conversion rates through both automated and custom nurture programs.
     Lead Quality & Generation: Collaborate cross-functionally to monitor and assess lead quality, ensuring lead generation goals are consistently met and measure the effectiveness of efforts across the funnel.
     Experimentation & Growth: Support the pipeline with experimentation across channels, targeting, creative, and messaging. Test hypotheses and iterate based on results.
     Demand-Based Marketing: Oversee aspects of demand-based marketing, especially go-to-market programs focused on Account Based Marketing/ Selling and target accounts.
 
Minimum Requirements:
BA/BS degree in a relevant discipline or 3 years of additional, relevant experience in lieu of degree.
5+ years of broad marketing experience, with at least 3 years in global demand generation marketing for relevant Cybersecurity SaaS products to large enterprise, required.
Proven ability to scale campaigns and achieve program targets.
Expertise in end-to-end campaign development, execution, and measurement.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong research and project management capabilities.
Proficiency in marketing automation systems (Marketo), Salesforce, etc.
Capability to craft and edit social media posts and basic graphics.
Team player with proved success juggling multiple projects and collaborating cross-functionally.
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment and proficient at remote collaboration.
