Datadog is looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to strategize and execute full funnel global campaigns for our land and expand business model. You will act as the quarterback of Datadog’s marketing efforts, coordinating between Product, Content, Growth and Events marketing teams to deliver an integrated and cohesive story for our prospects and customers. Further, you will help define the reporting, measurement, and orchestration of these programs across all marketing channels and integrated campaigns. This role is critical to support sales pipeline and Datadog’s continued sustainable growth.

What You’ll Do:
- Create, optimize, and analyze end to end global campaigns including physical, paid, owned and earned channels
- Coordinate and develop key themes from customer pain points to synchronize Datadog’s marketing efforts around what matters most
- Partner with sales, SDRs, and enablement teams to ensure a unified experience for prospects between marketing and sales campaigns
- Promote our awesome in-house content to relevant audiences around the world
- Evaluate campaigns post-launch to gauge success, pinpoint key learnings, and refine future strategies.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing (or related field)
- 4-6 years operating marketing lead/demand generation campaigns: webinars, advertising campaigns, ABM, etc.
- 1-2 years running integrated global campaigns: highly targeted campaigns across multiple channels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to influence others
- Ability to analyze data and trends
- A self-starter that thrives in a non-structured environment
- Interested in working in a high-growth startup atmosphere
Bonus Points:
- You have worked with the developer community before
- You have created campaigns from scratch
- You have experience with or a passion for the SaaS space
- You’re a self-admitted technology nerd
- You have experience with Demandbase or similar ABM platforms
