The Role: 

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Campaign Specialist to lead and execute demand generation campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation in the Chemical and Gas, Welding and Industrial Supply (GWIS) industries. This role requires an analytical mindset and a passion for data-driven marketing to optimize the entire buyer’s journey. The Campaign Specialist will work closely with the Director of Demand Generation to develop multi-channel campaigns that maximize conversions and contribute directly to revenue growth. 

Responsibilities: 

Campaign Planning & Execution: 

  • Develop, launch, and manage integrated demand generation campaigns across email, digital ads, social media, webinars, content syndication, and events to generate quality leads. 
  • Collaborate with product marketing to ensure campaigns align with branding, messaging, and customer needs. 

Lead Management & Nurturing: 

  • Partner with Sales to refine lead handoff processes, optimize lead scoring, and nurture programs, ensuring smooth transitions from marketing to sales-qualified leads. 
  • Build automated nurture streams, utilizing segmentation to create personalized customer journeys. 

Performance Analysis: 

  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI. 
  • Conduct A/B testing on creative elements, messaging, and landing pages to improve campaign effectiveness. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

  • Work closely with product marketing to develop and promote high-quality, relevant content that drives engagement. 
  • Align campaign strategy with sales and business development initiatives to ensure consistent messaging and successful pipeline growth. 

Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years in demand generation, digital marketing, or campaign management. Specific experience in marketing to the chemical and/or GWIS manufacturing industry is a plus. 
  • Proven track record of executing multi-channel campaigns that generate leads and contribute to revenue growth. 
  • Results-driven with a growth mindset and a strong focus on continuous learning and improvement. 
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects. 
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, measure success, and make recommendations for optimization. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on storytelling and translating complex topics into clear, compelling messages. 
  • General understanding of marketing automation and CRM tools, such as Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, and Salesforce. 
  • Experience with Google Analytics, digital advertising platforms, and social media management tools.
