About Chili Piper

Chili Piper is a B2B SaaS company that helps GTM teams turn inbound leads into qualified meetings - instantly. Our Demand Conversion Platform makes it easier for buyers and sellers to connect fast, without the usual friction in the funnel.

We’re a fully remote, global team that loves building solutions that truly help our customers, moving fast, and having fun while creating something meaningful. We’re growing quickly and aiming big!

Job description

We’re looking for a Senior Demand Gen/Growth Marketer who can build and scale a predictable pipeline engine. You won’t just run campaigns. You’ll own the experiments, channels, and funnel improvements that turn attention into qualified meetings, and meetings into revenue.

This is not a “manage the ad budget” role. We’re looking for a growth-minded builder who tests new ideas every week, finds unconventional plays, and turns scrappy experiments into scalable pipeline.

This role sits at the center of Marketing, Sales, and RevOps. You’ll work closely with the VP of Marketing and leadership team to drive real pipeline impact across inbound, outbound, product-led, and lifecycle programs.

We’re a lean, fast-moving team, so we’re looking for someone who moves fast, tests often, and cares about results more than process. The ideal candidate thinks in systems, runs constant experiments, and doubles down on what works.

Role overview

As a Senior Demand Generation / Growth Marketer, you’ll:

  • Own pipeline targets and the plays and experiments behind them

  • Launch and manage multi-channel growth plays across paid, organic, email, events, partnerships, outbound, and product-led loops

  • Design and optimize the funnel from first touch to qualified meeting

  • Run fast, weekly experiments on channels, creatives, offers, landing pages, and automation

  • Find unconventional growth opportunities, like viral loops, influencer plays, product hooks, or automation workflows

  • Turn scrappy tests into repeatable pipeline engines

  • Align closely with SDRs, AEs, and RevOps to turn experiments into real opportunities

  • Track performance across pipeline, CAC, conversion rates, and ROI

  • Scale what works and kill what doesn’t

What we’re looking for

You think in revenue, not just leads, and take real ownership of pipeline. You move fast, run experiments, and learn from data. You’re hands-on and can launch things yourself without waiting on big teams.

You understand the full funnel, from first visitor to closed deal, and know where to focus to drive impact. You’re scrappy, creative, and comfortable testing unconventional growth ideas. You care about real opportunities, not vanity metrics.

You’re the kind of person who:

  • Sees a drop in conversion and immediately runs three experiments

  • Finds a new channel and tests it in a week

  • Builds a quick landing page, automation, or outbound play without overthinking it

  • Thinks like a growth hacker, not just a campaign manager

  • And you communicate in clear, simple language so everyone understands the plan and the results.

Experience
  • 4+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth roles

  • Experience owning or directly influencing pipeline targets

  • Proven track record of running experiments, not just campaigns

  • Hands-on with paid ads, email, landing pages, automation, and lifecycle

  • Strong understanding of funnel metrics and attribution

  • Experience working closely with sales and RevOps

Great fit profiles
  • Growth marketer from a PLG or fast-moving SaaS company

  • Demand gen leader who built pipeline from scratch

  • Growth generalist from a startup or agency

  • Marketer who ran experiments across multiple channels, not just one

Not the right fit
  • Pure brand marketers

  • Content-only or events-only roles

  • Paid ads specialists who only manage budgets

  • Corporate marketers used to large teams and slow cycles

Interview Process

We like to keep things simple and transparent. Here’s what you can expect if you apply:

1. Application review
We’ll review your background and experience to make sure there’s a good fit for the role.

2. Interview with our Hiring Manager
A deeper conversation with our VP of Marketing to explore your impact, strategic thinking, and approach to driving results. We’ll discuss your experience, ownership, and how you measure success.
3. Assessment

A short, practical assignment to see how you think and approach real demand generation challenges. It’s not a test, we just want to see your creativity and thought process.

4. Culture add interview
A first chat to get to know you: what drives you, how you like to work, and what unique perspective you’d bring to Chili Piper.

5. Executive interview
The final step. We’ll talk about your bigger picture: your passion for tech, your understanding of our product, and why Chili Piper feels like the right next step for you.

TL;DR

You own pipeline. You run experiments every week. You build the growth engine. Not just campaigns.

Additional Information

Why you'll love being a part of our team:

Our team loves Chili Piper because we’re building the company of the future.

  • Work with an immensely talented global team

  • Work in a business that’s run fairly and transparently

  • Competitive pay based on market rate wherever you live

  • We lead by example--showing industry peers and leaders how to innovate, improve, and grow--while having fun

How we work:

  • Freedom and flexibility. We’re a 100% distributed team working from around the world, and we've been fully remote since 2016. Our team members can work from wherever they want in the world, as long as they show up on our weekly all hands meeting on Zoom.

  • Solve interesting problems. The software landscape has exploded. There are dozens of solutions for each problem. We want to be different. We come up with new angles on existing problems or invent better solutions to help companies with their sales and marketing. Then we turn these ideas into beautiful, smart software.

  • Autonomy and ownership. Working on a distributed team means you don’t have someone micromanaging you or looking over your shoulder to make sure you’re getting things done. We’re a team of do-ers who take full ownership for their results.

  • Be helpful. Our first value as a company is help. Help our customers be successful. Help our prospects get the right information and make the right decision whether or not it includes our products. Help our team members reach their full potential.

The perks:

  • Unlimited vacation (and we do mean it, and we do take it!)

  • Generous health, dental, and vision insurance

  • Any equipment/software/tech that you need to do your job

  • Annual professional development stipend of $2,000 USD

  • Equity - all Pipers receive stock options

  • Annual company retreat in epic locations (past trips: Paris, Morocco, Tulum, Iceland, Ibiza, India). Check out the video from last year’s retreat in Tenerife.
