  • Experience designing and building AI-powered frameworks embedded with BI to explain metric movements, detect anomalies, identify key drivers, and simulate business scenarios

  • Proven ability to partner with BI and business teams to formalize metric definitions, clarify explainable dependencies and assumptions, and ensure AI outputs align with established business logic

  • Experience with UI/UX design, customer journey mapping, and design thinking (Figma proficiency a plus)

  • Experience implementing agentic AI systems for conversational analytics, autonomous reporting, or decision support

  • Expertise in designing and implementing measurement and impact frameworks to quantify the business value and adoption of BI tools and agentic AI insights—even when outcomes are difficult to measure

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
