About The Role 💻
We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist with a strong scientific mindset and relevant experience to help us bring societal impacts to market and make a difference. You would be part of a team of +20 international Data Scientists coming from top Academic Institutions and Tech Companies with a shared passion for data science and a growing mindset.

What You’ll Be Doing 🚀
Working as a Senior Data Scientist you will be responsible for:
- Improving the performance and lifecycle of production ML systems, ensuring scalability and rapid issue resolution.
- Collaboratively designing and deploying end-to-end ML models, LLMs, and agent systems that deliver transparent and accurate sustainability data to customers.
- Leading the strategy and execution of proofs of concept to validate technical feasibility.
- Translating business goals into technical requirements and proactively identifying new opportunities.
- Enabling decision-making by effectively communicating technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.

The role is based in Madrid ( Remote / Hybrid )
What You’ll Need 👀
- 3+ years of experience working on Data Science products.
- Strong command of the Python data science ecosystem (Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-Learn, etc.).
- Proficiency working in collaborative codebases and scalable machine learning production environments.
- Solid software engineering fundamentals (testing, code review, design, performance).
- Up-to-date experience with LLMs, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector databases, evaluation, and safety guardrails.
- A strong commitment to sustainability and impact.
- A willingness to learn and share knowledge with the team.
- Transparency and a focus on effective, constructive communication.
- High motivation, independence, and a deep passion for making an impact through data science.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills (minimum C1 level proficiency).
Nice To Have ✨
- Experience in a start-up
- MSc/PhD degree in CS/EE/STEM or related field
- Experience with fintech/data products or sustainability/ESG domains.
