About The Role
Teramind is on a mission to reinvent how organizations understand work. We’re building a brand-new data science organization to make this vision real. And we’re hiring a Senior Data Science Manager who wants to build, lead, and shape the future of analytics at Teramind. What You’ll Do
• Define the vision for Teramind’s ML and advanced analytics capabilities
• Turn big, ambiguous ideas into clear strategy, real features, and shipped product
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, product, design, and GTM
• Build rapid prototypes, validate concepts with customers, and move fast to execution
• Drive alignment across leadership and champion data-driven decision-making
• Shape the culture, processes, and foundation of a world-class DS function
What You Bring
• A track record of launching successful DS/ML-powered products
• Ability to zoom out to strategy—and zoom in to technical detail
• Comfort thriving in a hyper-growth, high-ownership environment
• 8 years of experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL), querying databases or performing statistical analysis
• Experience in causal inference, A/B testing, statistical modeling, or machine learning.
• Experience in SQL and Python programming, leveraging ML or statistical libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, Keras, Pandas)
• Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Engineering, Computer Sciences or equivalent practical experience
