The Opportunity...
We’re looking for a full-time data expert to own our data infrastructure, reporting, and analytics. This person will be responsible for turning raw data into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions across marketing, operations, and finance.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in data engineering, analytics, and visualization, and is comfortable working across multiple data sources to create reliable dashboards and automated reporting systems.
How You'll Contribute...
Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes across internal and external data sources
Design, optimize, and manage databases and data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)
Develop and automate reporting dashboards (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to define KPIs and provide insight into performance metrics
Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization
Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all systems
Support forecasting, modeling, and budget tracking with data-driven insights
What We're Looking For...
5+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence
Strong SQL skills and experience with Python or R for data processing and analysis
Experience working with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
Knowledge of modern data stack tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow, Fivetran, Snowflake, BigQuery)
Strong understanding of data modeling, schema design, and ETL best practices
Excellent communication skills — ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fully remote environment
Bonus Points…
Familiarity with attribution modeling or predictive analytics
Prior experience in a high-growth or performance marketing environment
Experience with marketing analytics (Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, etc.)
