Description: Architects the high-performance infrastructure required to ingest, normalize, and secure petabytes of Real-World Data (RWD) from a nationwide network of health systems.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain scalable ETL pipelines using Python, Spark, or Airflow.
Optimize data storage and retrieval in cloud warehouses like Snowflake or AWS Redshift.
Ensure data integrity and HIPAA-compliant de-identification across all automated workflows.
Collaborate with Clinical Leads to map complex EHR data to the Omny common data model.
