About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Data & Analytics Engineer to own pipelines, schemas, and statistical tooling that transform raw product events into trusted insights. You’ll move comfortably between deep data‑engineering (CDC pipelines, event queues, object‑store reconciliation) and analytics craft (basic statistics concepts, experiment design, BI dashboards, and insights/analysis). Your work will have a high impact and drive key decisions across data infrastructure, product, marketing, growth and finance.
What You’ll Do:
  • Data Ingestion – Design, build, and maintain scalable ELT & CDC pipelines.
  • Schema Building – Develop and optimize ELT processes to ensure data quality and reliability using Delta Live Tables in Databricks; enforce data documentation, lineage, tests, monitoring, alerts, access control and data governance.
  • Metrics & Dashboards – Define key metrics and build visualizations in Tableau.
  • Deep‑Dive Analysis – Analyze business data to uncover insights that drive key business decisions.
What We're looking for:
  • 5+ years designing and maintaining data‑ingestion pipelines.
  • 5+ years designing analytics schemas and building ELT on modern data stacks (dbt, etc.).
  • 5+ years building data visualizations and analyses using Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
  • Expert in data‑querying languages (e.g., SQL) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PySpark, Java, Scala).
  • Strong statistical fluency and expertise in statistical inference for A/B tests, growth, and model analytics.
  • Demonstrated agility—quick to adapt, versatile across toolsets, and eager to learn.
  • Proven ability to communicate ideas and analyses effectively to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • BS or MS in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
Nice to have:
  • Experience in the SaaS, 3D or AI industry.
  • Experience in ML / data‑science roles, especially with LLMs or NLP.
  • Prior work evaluating foundational models or working with graphics / 3‑D datasets.
Our Values
  • Brain: We value intelligence and the pursuit of knowledge. Our team is composed of some of the brightest minds in the industry.
  • Heart: We care deeply about our work, our users, and each other. Empathy and passion drive us forward.
  • Gut: We trust our instincts and are not afraid to take bold risks. Innovation requires courage.
