About the Role
- Data Ingestion – Design, build, and maintain scalable ELT & CDC pipelines.
- Schema Building – Develop and optimize ELT processes to ensure data quality and reliability using Delta Live Tables in Databricks; enforce data documentation, lineage, tests, monitoring, alerts, access control and data governance.
- Metrics & Dashboards – Define key metrics and build visualizations in Tableau.
- Deep‑Dive Analysis – Analyze business data to uncover insights that drive key business decisions.
- 5+ years designing and maintaining data‑ingestion pipelines.
- 5+ years designing analytics schemas and building ELT on modern data stacks (dbt, etc.).
- 5+ years building data visualizations and analyses using Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
- Expert in data‑querying languages (e.g., SQL) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PySpark, Java, Scala).
- Strong statistical fluency and expertise in statistical inference for A/B tests, growth, and model analytics.
- Demonstrated agility—quick to adapt, versatile across toolsets, and eager to learn.
- Proven ability to communicate ideas and analyses effectively to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- BS or MS in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience in the SaaS, 3D or AI industry.
- Experience in ML / data‑science roles, especially with LLMs or NLP.
- Prior work evaluating foundational models or working with graphics / 3‑D datasets.
