In this role, you will harness your analytical expertise and business acumen to convert data into meaningful insights, driving strategic decision-making across the organization. You will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, presenting findings to stakeholders, and guiding data-driven strategies for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform business decisions.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to facilitate data-driven storytelling for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-impact data solutions.
- Use statistical methods to interpret data and validate models for accurate forecasting.
- Mentor junior analysts, providing guidance on data analysis techniques and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to continually improve the data analysis process.
Requirements
- As an experienced analyst/ analyze data related but not limited to policy, claims, invoices etc.
- Monitor, and enforce data quality standards, KPIs, and metrics for critical datasets.
- Act as a liaison between insurers, product operations, and business units to ensure data integrity across the claims lifecycle.
- Act as the data steward for pet insurance data to collaborate and communicate with MGAs and Clarus stakeholders.
- Perform in-depth investigations into data inaccuracies.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of data quality processes, standards, and data dictionary definitions.
- Create data mapping documents as necessary and perform data modelling as needed.
- Data modelling and SQL experience a must have
