Are you a data-driven professional who excels at turning operational information into meaningful business insights? We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst - Operations to develop, maintain, and deliver analytics that support day-to-day execution and long-term strategic decision-making. In this role, you will partner closely with Operations leadership and cross-functional teams to create dashboards, analyze performance trends, and provide clear recommendations that drive measurable improvement.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain standardized operational dashboards, reports, and KPIs, including metrics related to throughput, on-time delivery, inventory, cost, productivity, and capacity.
Analyze operational, manufacturing, supply chain, and service data to identify trends, risks, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for site, regional, and global Operations leadership to support S&OP, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
Partner with IT and business stakeholders to improve data accuracy, consistency, availability, reporting standards, and data definitions.
Enhance reporting efficiency through improved visualization tools, automation of manual reporting processes, and effective use of BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
Support continuous improvement, cost reduction, capacity expansion, process optimization, Quality Management System, audit, compliance, and risk assessment initiatives through data-based insights.
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience as determined by the employer.
3-5 years of experience in data analytics, operations analytics, business analytics, or a related analytical role.
Experience analyzing manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or service-related data is strongly preferred.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience using BI or visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Working knowledge of ERP systems, operational data structures, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a high level of attention to detail and data integrity.
