About Us:

Fieldguide is establishing a new state of trust for global commerce and capital markets through automating and streamlining the work of advisory, audit, and tax practitioners at the world's largest CPA firms. Put simply, we build software for the people who enable trust between businesses.

We’re headquartered in San Francisco, CA and backed by top investors including Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Bessemer Venture Partners, 8VC, Floodgate, Y Combinator, DNX Ventures, Global Founders Capital, Justin Kan, Elad Gil, and more.

We value diversity — in backgrounds and in experiences. We need people from all backgrounds and walks of life to help build the future of audit and advisory. Fieldguide’s team is inclusive, driven, humble and supportive. We are deliberate and self-reflective about the kind of team and culture that we are building, seeking teammates that are not only strong in their own aptitudes but care deeply about supporting each other's growth.

As a growth stage startup employee, you’ll have the opportunity to build out the future of business trust. We make audit practitioners’ lives easier by eliminating up to 50% of their work and giving them better work-life balance. If you share our values and enthusiasm for building a great culture and product, you will find a home at Fieldguide.

About the role:

Fieldguide is seeking a Senior Customer Success Enablement Manager to be a critical partner to our Customer Success (CS) organization, ensuring CS and Implementation teams have the skills, knowledge, and resources to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. Reporting into Revenue/Sales Enablement leadership, you will identify what's holding the team back from performing at its best and build the programs, tools, and AI-native workflows that close those gaps — from onboarding through ongoing enablement.

This is a hands-on role with high visibility, where you'll collaborate closely with CS Leadership, Implementation, Product, and cross-functional partners like Customer Education, Support, and Product Marketing. Your success will be measured by the effectiveness of the CS organization — knowledgeable, well-prepared reps at every level of technical depth, stronger renewal and expansion execution, and consistent adoption of the playbooks, tools, and processes you build. As Fieldguide's Customer Success team continues to grow, your work will directly shape our ability to retain and expand our customer base.

What you'll do:

  • Drive Customer Success Performance: Identify what's holding CS reps back from performing at their best, such as skill gaps, unclear processes, and missing content. From there, build the enablement programs that close those gaps. Drive adoption and program-manage cross-functional initiatives with CS contributors.

  • Product Enablement: Partner with Product to translate feature launches, roadmap changes, and product capabilities into practical, digestible enablement for CS. This goes beyond how to talk about the product to a customer, it means enabling the team on how to set up, test, tune, and troubleshoot the product, and how to read and act on metrics.

  • Leverage AI to Scale Customer Success Enablement: Identify manual, repeatable work across the CS organization, then utilize build AI-native tools and workflows to create operating efficiency.

  • Build Feedback Loops from the Field: Capture what's working (and what isn't) across CS including through partnership with Customer Education, Support, and Product Marketing and feed that signal back into onboarding, CS operations, playbooks, and tooling.

  • Own Onboarding, Ramp & Continuous Enablement: Build and continuously improve the onboarding curriculum, ramp plan, and ongoing enablement engine for CS & Implementation, tailored to the needs of the team.

About you:

  • 6+ years of professional experience with at least 3+ years in Sales, Solutions Engineering, or Customer Success Enablement

  • Experience as a former practitioner or other related role within the accounting industry

  • You've run demos, trainings, or built enablement materials, and know what it takes to get a team ready to represent a product and build relationships with clients

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills across CS, Product, Product Marketing, RevOps, and other cross-functional partners

  • An instinct for translating between multiple audiences

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Experience in a fast pace and ever changing environment

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience building onboarding or enablement programs for Implementation or CS

  • Experience scaling a CS enablement function alongside rapid headcount growth
