Shift hours: 10am-6:30pm (5x8) / 12pm-8:30pm (5x8) / 10am-8:30pm (4x10). Confirmed schedule will be determined at time of offer.

We are hiring for a Senior Customer Care Specialist to join our team which plays a crucial role in shaping Grubhub's strategy and leadership's understanding of the business environment and competitive landscape. We are looking for curious innovators who are excited about contributing to new and impactful business initiatives on a fun and dynamic team. This role will report into a Manager, Care.
The Impact You Will Make
  • Respond to contacts accurately and professionally via phone, chat, or email in a courteous and attentive manner with minimum supervision
  • Attention to detail. Tracking and collecting data from multiple sources simultaneously, while also navigating more complex issues
  • Act as a collaborator: provide feedback, recommend opportunities, and record data for the Competitive Intelligence team
  • Assist with schedule management, working directly with leadership to achieve team goals
  • Pivot to special projects as needed, providing timely and comprehensive information and feedback

What You Bring to the Table
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 4+ years of customer service or call center experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly, appropriately and professionally with clients/internal audiences at all levels
  • Ability to work and solve problems independently
  • Motivated to engage and contribute in group process improvement meetings
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving; identifying root causes, customer needs, and providing solutions quickly and efficiently in real-time
  • Highly developed sense of integrity, passion for excellence, and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software
  • Positive attitude, reliable with good attendance and punctuality, operational know-how, team spirit, and commitment to the job

The hourly rate for this position is below:
Illinois: $24.76/hr
Wonder Group uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
