What You’ll Do
We’re seeking a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Credit Card Operations to oversee and optimize the performance, compliance, and daily operations of our credit card program. You will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g., issuing banks, processors, and networks) to ensure smooth execution of our card initiatives, manage key vendor relationships, and help scale the program as we grow.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of our crypto-backed credit card
- Manage relationships with issuing banks, processors, and card networks
- Monitor program KPIs like authorization rates, chargeback trends, fraud alerts, rewards redemptions, and and provide actionable recommendations
- Partner with Risk, Compliance, Finance, Engineering, and Product teams to support both day-to-day execution and long-term program strategy
- Oversee settlement, reconciliation, and reporting between fiat and crypto flows
- Coordinate incident responses, escalations, and resolutions related to card operations
- Develop and document operational processes, playbooks, and SLAs - help design scalable operational processes as we launch in new markets or add new card products
- Serve as the go-to expert internally for all things related to card program operations
- Marketing - collateral management and events activation oversight
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of experience in card operations, fintech, or crypto financial services
- Deep understanding of card issuing flows — including transaction processing, disputes/chargebacks, BIN sponsorship, fraud tooling, and network compliance
- Working knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., Reg E, UDAAP, PCI-DSS)
- Strong project management skills with a bias toward execution
- Familiarity with crypto concepts (custody, stablecoins, wallets, off-ramps) and a passion for Web3
- Proven ability to manage external partners and internal stakeholders across compliance, engineering, finance, and customer support
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Bonus: You’ve helped launch or scale a card product at a fintech or crypto startup
