About us

Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/

About the role

We are looking for a highly systematic Senior Creative Producer to own the ad creative engine for one of our core D2C subscription products in the consumer AI category. You will be fully responsible for the full concept-to-performance loop, generating the angles, driving production volume, running structured tests, performing competitor research, and turning creative-level data into the next round of winning concepts.

This is a high-impact role. Your ad creatives will be the primary performance lever: your work moves CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS directly, and you are accountable for those numbers alongside the User Acquisition team. The bar is high and so is the upside; performance here is directly and significantly rewarded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creative Strategy & Concepting

    • Own the creative angle strategy: Define which hooks, pains, and value propositions get tested next

    • Develop creative concepts: demo-led ads, UGC-style video, statics, and AI-generated formats

    • Translate product features and capabilities into concrete, scroll-stopping propositions for target audiences

    • Build and maintain a documented library of proven angles, hooks, and creative patterns

    Production & Testing Velocity
    • Own the creative pipeline across ad networks (Google, YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Applovin, etc) shipping new concepts every week

    • Structure systematic A/B testing frameworks, isolate variables, and analyze the results to bring solid conclusions.

    • Produce clear creative briefs for designers to execute high-performing concepts aligned with the brand.

    Performance Analysis & Iteration
    • Own creative-level metrics: hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS

    • Generate testable hypotheses from performance data and retire underperforming angles quickly

    • Identify winning patterns, codify why they work, and scale them into new concept batches

    • Deliver structured creative performance reviews with clear recommendations for the next cycle

    Market Research & Collaboration
    • Run systematic competitor creative research across ad libraries and creative intelligence tools

    • Track emerging formats, platform policy shifts, and creative trends in the consumer AI category

    • Communicate daily with User Acquisition Managers, taking briefs on which angles need more volume

Qualifications

Must-Have Experience
  • 4+ years producing performance ad creative for D2C or subscription consumer products

  • Proven track record of high-volume output, shipping and live-testing multiple new concepts weekly

  • Deep working knowledge of the major ad network ecosystems (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc).

  • Demonstrated fluency with an AI production stack across image, video, voice, and scripting tools

  • Ability to read creative-level performance data independently and act on it without an analyst in the loop

  • Experience building structured creative testing frameworks, not ad-hoc one-off tests

  • Strong portfolio of ads with verifiable performance results. (Applications must include a CV and a portfolio of ad creative you personally produced).

Leadership Attributes
  • Systematic operator. You build repeatable creative processes, not one-time wins

  • Fully accountable for performance outcomes, not just delivery of assets

  • Fast and decisive under volume. Comfortable killing your own concepts when data says so

  • Treats User Acquisition as a working partner, not a downstream recipient of files

Location

Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
