Senior Creative Developer, AI Role:

We're seeking an exceptional Creative Developer who will be at the forefront of transforming cutting-edge 3D design, real-time rendering, and generative AI technologies into immersive, scalable digital experiences. This role combines deep technical expertise with an artistic vision to drive our creative initiatives forward.

What You'll Do

Asset Creation & Optimization

  • Optimize 3D assets to ensure high visual quality while maintaining performance across various platforms
  • Pioneer generative AI integrations into asset creation, using diffusion models, transformers, or LLMs

Rigging & Animation

  • Build rigging and animation workflows for characters and objects to create dynamic, high-fidelity animations
  • Pioneer generative AI integrations into rigging and animation pipelines

Real-Time Integration & Deployment

  • Implement optimized assets into real-time engines (Unity, Unreal Engine, Three.js) to create engaging, interactive experiences
  • Prototype and experiment with WebGPU/WGSL for next-gen real-time rendering

Tooling & Workflow Development

  • Develop and customize tools—leveraging Python, C++, C#, TypeScript, or Java—that streamline workflows and integrate with internal and external platforms
  • Prototype and experiment with emerging creative coding frameworks (openFrameworks, Processing, Cinder, TouchDesigner) to augment or automate pipelines

Collaboration & Iteration

  • Collaborate closely with design, engineering, research, and data teams to refine concepts, iterate prototypes, and translate creative visions into practical, high-quality 3D content
What We're Looking For

Graphics Fundamentals

  • Strong understanding of computer graphics fundamentals, from modeling and shading to rendering and post-production
  • Hands-on experience writing custom shaders (GLSL, HLSL, Shader Graph) and knowledge of WebGPU Shading Language (WGSL)

Real-Time Engines & Interactive Experiences

  • Proven track record with real-time rendering engines—Unreal Engine, Unity, or Three.js—and real-time 3D experiences (AR/VR, spatial installations)

Generative AI

  • Hands-on experience integrating generative AI tools (e.g., Stable Diffusion, Flux, RunwayML, Adobe Firefly, etc) into creative pipelines for asset generation, texture creation, or world-building
  • Familiarity with vision models (CLIP, SAM, depth/pose estimation, etc) and applying ML in interactive or spatial experiences

Creative Coding

  • Comfort using creative coding frameworks (openFrameworks, Processing, Cinder, TouchDesigner)
  • Proficiency with motion and design tools (Blender, Figma, Cinema 4D, After Effects)
  • Ability to prototype quickly—coding in Python, C++, C#, TypeScript, or Java—to explore new AI-driven 3D workflows
The Ideal Candidate
  • You blend technical expertise with an artistic vision to produce awe-inspiring work
  • Curious, adaptable, and innovative, you're excited by the potential of AI to redefine 3D storytelling
  • You are experienced working in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments where design, tech, and strategy intersect.
  • You excel at collaborating across teams and articulating complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders
Essential Qualifications & Demonstrated Expertise
  • 3D Software Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Blender, Maya, Houdini, and the Substance Suite—able to model, texture, rig, animate, and render complex assets, with examples in your portfolio.
  • Procedural Generation & AI Automation: Deep understanding of procedural content techniques and the integration of AI-driven automation into 3D pipelines, demonstrated through past projects or tooling you’ve built.
  • Rigging/Animation Tool Development: Hands-on experience scripting custom rigging and animation workflows (using Python, C++, C#, or TypeScript), with at least one public repository of portfolio-ready tool or plugin.
  • Shader & WebGPU Expertise: Proficiency writing custom shaders (GLSL, HLSL, Shader Graph) and working with WebGPU/WGSL—showcased by use cases and code repositories.
  • Machine Learning in Spatial/Immersive Contexts: Practical application of ML models (e.g., diffusion, transformers; vision models like CLIP, SAM, depth/pose estimation) in AR/VR or spatial computing projects, evidenced by interactive installations or prototypes.
  • Portfolio of AI-Integrated Work: Any other curated selection of projects highlighting AI-enhanced shaders, real-time generative experiences, and interactive 3D installations that clearly illustrate your technical and creative impact.
