- Day-To-Day:
- Conduct analysis on markets, customers, technology frameworks, use cases, and more
- Develop executive-level materials summarizing findings and recommendations
- Lead meetings with stakeholders across the company, including senior level executives

- Business Unit Assessments
- Customer Analysis
- Research on Persona & Buyers
- Strategic Company Decisions
- Intellectual curiosity and passion for Software and Strategy Consulting
- Highly motivated self-starter able to work in fast-paced team environment
- Ability to structure and execute quantitative and qualitative analysis and translate into insights, recommendations, and innovative strategies
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills, with the ability to prepare and present information and recommendations to a diverse and often senior audience
- Experience in executing cross-functional strategic and operational initiatives in an ambiguous environment
- Bachelor’s degree (business, engineering, or computer science major preferred, though open to all majors)
- 5-7 years professional working experience ideally 3+ years of experience in business/analytical roles (e.g., analytics, strategy, finance)
PTC carefully considers a wide variety of factors when determining compensation. The anticipated annual salary range for this position is between $94,000 - $123,000. The salary range reflects a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, candidates may be eligible for a performance-based bonus. Employees also have the opportunity to become a PTC shareholder through our employee share purchase program (ESPP), which allows for the purchase of discounted PTC stock. Certain roles may also be eligible for participation in our equity programs. Employees may be eligible for medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off and sick leave, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) contributions and employer match, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability coverage and, if you are an office-assigned employee, a generous commuter subsidy.
