The Role

As a Senior Corporate Actions Analyst, you will help oversee a team of analysts responsible for researching and validating corporate action data to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of securities processing information to our business partners.  In this role, you will be accountable for:

  • Overseeing and reviewing daily team deliverables

  • Ensuring all SLAs are met, and daily work is completed accurately and on time

  • Serving as an escalation point for business partners regarding inquiries and daily tasks

  • Identifying and recommending process and reporting improvements

  • Monitoring internal controls and proactively addressing potential risks

  • Proving oversight and support for team initiatives

  • Owning incident follow-up activities as well as updates to controls and processes

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field

  • Comprehensive understanding of the financial services industry

  • Proven experience leading, mentoring and motivating high-performing teams

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and business partners

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Track record of contributing to high risk, high visibility initiatives

  • Ability to react in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities and adapting to shifting demands

The Team

Fidelity Corporate Actions Solutions (FCAS) is a business unit within Fidelity Funds and Investment Operations. Our group offers securities processing software, including end to end workflow notification and response. We receive market data from multiple suppliers which is processed through our patented software to ensure that the highest quality information is released to our business partners. As part of the FCAS Operations team your efforts directly impact front office trading and back office posting to accounts.

The base salary range for this position is $74,000-141,000 USD per year.  

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
