What You'll Do:
- Build, evaluate, and refine AI-generated content using defined AI platforms, ensuring grammatical accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand tone.
- Collaborate with creative teams to maintain consistency across brand voice, tone, and messaging.
- Partner with marketing teams to optimize prompt language and content based on performance metrics such as email open rates, click-through rates, and user engagement data.
- Develop, review, and handle prompt templates to ensure accuracy and support cross-team use.
- Improve our current AI processes to ensure we are staying relevant and in line with standard processes.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve workflows and drive efficiency through AI integration.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Creative Writing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of copywriting/copy editing/proofreading experience in an in-house or agency environment.
- 1-2 years of copy-editing experience working with generative AI or an LLM.
- Must have in-depth knowledge of tools such as ChatGPT and Jasper AI.
- Passion for generative AI and its creative potential across content development and storytelling.
- Strong writing skills across formats and channels, including digital, print, social, and email.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to meet high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Comfortable working in an agile setting with rapid project cycles (1-2 weeks).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative and receptive approach to feedback.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- A team-first approach and positive demeanor when working with colleagues, peers, and collaborators.
- Proven success collaborating with cross-functional teams-including copywriters, designers, and marketers-to produce compelling, high-performing AI-assisted content.
