Our HQ is in San Francisco, but this position can be remote from anywhere in North America.

About the role

As the Senior Content Strategist at Fluxon, you’ll lead our efforts to drive brand visibility and awareness, to position Fluxon as a leader in the industry. You’ll be an early member of our Growth team, which encompasses aspects of brand, marketing, and sales. In partnership with our Brand & Growth Manager and Brand Designer, you’ll be responsible for building and executing on Fluxon’s content strategy by:

  • Evaluating and optimizing content distribution channels while experimenting with new formats and platforms to expand reach and uncover growth opportunities
  • Maintaining and evolving brand voice, tone and messaging ensuring consistency across all content touchpoints
  • Creating and managing a content calendar across all channels to ensure consistent, strategic communication with our target audience
  • Leading content development efforts by partnering with internal stakeholders, thought leaders, and subject matter experts to both create and source impactful content
  • Analyzing content performance using key metrics to uncover insights and drive continuous optimization across channels
Qualifications

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in content strategy or a related field in tech or development
  • A proven track record of developing compelling narratives across diverse channels and formats, including blogs, white papers, social media posts, infographics, video and audio
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to work autonomously, and handle multiple projects and cross-functional stakeholders simultaneously
  • Experience analyzing content performance metrics and making data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have

While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:

  • In-depth knowledge of AI and software development technologies
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate concept and content generation
  • Experience in briefing and working with PR firms
  • Ability to produce/create/edit simple video content
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and SEO best practices
What we offer

Our salary range for this role is $90,000-$125,000, and we consider your skills and experience and what similar roles pay at companies similar to us when determining your offer.
