About this role

We're looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager to lead our media engine.

This is a builder role. You'll own the strategy, creation, and growth of our content across long-form research, newsletter, podcast, and social. Some of this exists and needs to be taken to the next level. Some of it you'll build from scratch. Either way, you'll shape how the market understands AiPrise.

Our audience is compliance leaders. They've been doing this work for 15+ years, they know the vocabulary, and they can smell marketing from a mile away. The content that wins with them is specific, sourced, and useful. That's the bar.

You'll work directly with our founders, product team, customers, and industry experts to turn real insight into content people in this industry actually read, share, and act on.

What you'll own

  • Content strategy across channels, from a clear editorial point of view to a consistent publishing engine.

  • Long-form content: original research, industry reports, white papers, and guides that become reference material for compliance teams.

  • Our newsletter, Compliance Compass. It has a real subscriber base and a monthly cadence. Your job is to make it the industry read.

  • Our podcast, from concept and guest selection through production, distribution, and growth. You may be the face of it. Comfort on camera is a real part of this role.

  • Organic social content that builds audience and earns attention.

  • Repurposing systems: turning one strong idea into many pieces across channels.

  • Working with our founders and subject matter experts to turn their insight into stories worth sharing.

  • Measurement. Every piece of content gets judged on results, and what isn't working gets killed fast.

Who you are

  • 5+ years in content marketing, editorial, or journalism.

  • You've built content programs from the ground up and can show the results.

  • An exceptional writer and editor with a strong point of view on what makes content great.

  • Comfortable on camera and behind a mic. You can host a conversation with an industry expert and hold your own.

  • You take complex, technical subject matter and make it clear without dumbing it down.

  • You treat accuracy as non-negotiable. Every stat you publish is sourced and defensible. This is a hard requirement, not a preference.

  • Comfortable working directly with founders, executives, and subject matter experts.

  • High ownership, high autonomy, fast pace, and real care about the quality of what ships.

Nice to have

  • Experience in compliance, fintech, or another regulated industry.

  • Experience creating category-defining thought leadership.

  • Strong instincts for social distribution and audience building.

  • Experience with SEO, analytics, and content growth loops.

  • Fluency with AI tools for research, workflows, and content production.

Why this role matters

Content is how we educate the market, build trust, and earn the attention of an audience that's skeptical by profession. This role shapes how AiPrise is understood as we grow.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
