We’re looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager to lead content strategy across the Drata team. This is a critical role responsible for crafting and executing Drata’s content strategy to educate, engage, and convert our target audiences across the buyer journey.
You'll develop a robust content engine that supports thought leadership, demand generation, and brand storytelling—positioning Drata as the leading authority in security and compliance automation. Reporting into the Sr. Director of Corporate Marketing, you'll work at the intersection of Marketing, Product, and Sales to ensure content initiatives align with business objectives, speak to our customers’ pain points, and reinforce Drata’s value proposition.
What you’ll do:
- Own content strategy and manage a long-term content roadmap aligned with Drata’s business goals and campaign priorities.
- Create and oversee development of blogs, whitepapers, case studies, guides, videos, and other forms of content.
- Elevate our thought leadership by collaborating with executives and other subject-matter experts to create authoritative content that positions Drata as a category leader.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to develop visually compelling content and ensure brand consistency across all creative assets.
- Ensure content is created with SEO best practices and repurposed across channels.
- Partner with demand generation, product marketing, and communications to build integrated content for campaigns and product releases.
- Manage the editorial calendar and keep it aligned with key events, campaigns, and market opportunities.
- Work with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams to identify content gaps and develop materials that drive engagement.
- Define and track KPIs for content performance, reporting insights to stakeholders and using data to inform ongoing strategy.
- Serve as the last set of eyes on all content across the marketing team, ensuring it aligns with the content style guide and is relevant to the key audience.
What you’ll bring:
- 6+ years of content marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a knack for translating complex technical concepts into compelling stories.
- Proven experience creating content that drives engagement, demand, and brand awareness.
- An understanding of how to optimize content for discoverability and performance.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and design teams.
- Experience using data to measure content performance and refine strategy.
- A passion for storytelling in the tech, security, or compliance space.

This role will receive a competitive base salary, benefits, and stock, typically in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The applicable salary range for each US-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers based on the cost of labor for that geographic area. The expected salary ranges for this role are below, subject to change.
Tier 1: $132,600 - $163,800
Tier 2: $119,300 - $147,400
Tier 3: $106,100 - $131,000
