Job Purpose and Impact
  • The Senior Professional, Operations job maintains the smooth operation of the organization's infrastructure by performing complex tasks, including monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing security measures. Key Accountabilities
  • Salesforce Platform Management: License, environment, and sandbox management; configuration and customization.
  • Development Skills: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components.
  • DevOps & CI/CD: Flosum, Copado, Git, Jenkins, Ant; agile methodology; end-to-end release process.
  • System Reliability: Backup/disaster recovery planning, database archival, performance monitoring.
  • Strategic Planning: DevOps strategy creation, cross-platform coordination, stakeholder/vendor management.
  • Communication: Strong stakeholder engagement and issue resolution across teams.

Qualifications
  • Manage Salesforce licenses, platforms, and sandboxes
  • Set up and maintain development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure
  • Plan team structure and oversee project management activities
  • Define and implement DevOps processes (development, testing, release, support)
  • Review and validate software code; troubleshoot and fix bugs
  • Design, develop, and test Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
  • Promote automation and continuous improvement (CI/CD pipeline)
  • Select and deploy CI/CD tools; manage incident response and root cause analysis
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement cybersecurity measures
  • Coordinate with platform teams, vendors, and stakeholders
