About the Job:
We are currently seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Data Practice, supporting the delivery of innovative data strategies and governance solutions for top-tier clients. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and help shape the future of data management in the financial services industry.
As a Senior Consultant, you will work closely with clients to assess data capabilities, design governance frameworks, and implement data management best practices. You’ll play a key role in delivering client engagements, supporting business development efforts, and contributing to the growth of our U.S. Data Practice. You’ll also collaborate with global teams on industry-defining initiatives, helping to drive consistency, innovation, and excellence across our offerings.

What You’ll Get to Do:
- Collaborate with clients to assess current data capabilities and develop strategic roadmaps for data governance and management.
- Design and implement data governance frameworks, including policies, standards, and stewardship models.
- Lead data quality initiatives, including profiling, cleansing, and monitoring to ensure data integrity and reliability.
- Support the development and deployment of data management tools such as data catalogs, dictionaries, and lineage solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote data literacy and governance adoption across client organizations.
- Conduct gap analyses and maturity assessments using industry frameworks such as DCAM or DAMA-DMBOK.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and data strategies.
- Provide thought leadership and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and practice development.
What You’ll bring with You:
- 5+ years of experience in data strategy, governance, and management roles
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong experience working on the entire data management life-cycle
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, data quality processes, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Hands-on experience with data management tools such as Collibra, Informatica, Ataccama, or similar platforms
- Understanding of Data Management controls, procedures, and exit criteria
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other relevant programming languages
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data architectures (data lakes, warehouses).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
