We are looking for a Senior Compliance Specialist to join our team. The goal of a Senior Compliance Specialist at Wisk is to ensure that Wisk follows regulations by supporting development of internal policies and procedures. You will be part of the Enterprise Quality team that is committed to creating, implementing and developing a culture of continual improvement.
This position is Remote in the US and will require travel as needed.
What you will do:
As part of the Safety and Quality organization, and deployed in an Compliance team you will act as a Compliance specialist for a novel type of aircraft development targeting the autonomous UAM market
You will take part in implementing and developing a culture of continuous improvement
You will support design, certification, manufacturing and supply chain teams to establish a Quality Management System
You will help support problem solving activities in compliance gaps
You will help track and trend compliance activities on a periodic basis
You will track and report on compliance roadmap status using requirements management software
You will take part in project management of internal audits
You will work with Quality Management Representative to ensure the organization meets AS9100 and FAA Part 21 requirements
In some areas, you will be working closely with Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, and Safety Management Systems for compliance and oversight
Requirements
B.S. in a relevant discipline with at least 5 years of experience in Quality, Compliance and/or Project Management
You have practical experience in aviation
You have hands-on experience in project management of Quality or Compliance projects.
You have a strong and applied understanding of metrics and KPIs
You are familiar with AS9100 and FAA Part 21 requirements

Job Type: Full-time
Pay range the company expects to pay: $108,625 - $127,794 per year. The starting base salary within this range for this role varies based on factors such as your geographical location, and your relevant job-related experience that is consistent with a business necessity.
