  • Monitor investor bulletins and servicing guide updates, ensuring procedures remain current and aligned with internal policies; distribute updates to impacted parties in a timely manner and confirm necessary follow-up actions are taken.

  • Assist the Compliance team with the oversight, development, and periodic review of Servicing Policies and Procedures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with investor and regulatory requirements.

  • Assist the Compliance team with vendor oversight.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Attendance is generally required from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm local time, Tuesday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required (or equivalent relevant work experience).

  • 2+ years of experience in compliance, loan servicing, or asset management required; experience with GSE and HUD multifamily loans is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply logical thinking while ensuring adherence to investor and program guidelines.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Power BI experience a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple and competing deadlines effectively.

  • High attention to accuracy in all work and willingness to ask questions to ensure understanding.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a strong work ethic to meet daily challenges in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Demonstrated ownership of work, adaptability in learning new processes, and patience in problem-solving.

  • Commitment to professionalism, respect, and teamwork in interactions with colleagues and stakeholders.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
