The Senior Compensation Analyst plays a critical role in the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent while aligning with business goals and market practices. This role partners cross-functionally with HR, Finance, HRIS, Payroll and business leaders to deliver programs that support organizational growth, internal equity, and performance-based rewards.

What You’ll Do:Support the design and administer base salary, bonus, commission, and equity programs that align with company goals and industry best practices.
Lead compensation assessments for new hires, promotions, internal moves, and retention cases.
Lead annual compensation cycles including merit, bonus, and equity planning—ensuring system readiness, data accuracy, and process efficiency.
Analyze and model incentive plans to ensure alignment with company performance goals.
Conduct complex compensation analyses and develop reports, dashboards, and models to inform compensation decisions and strategic planning.
Participate in and analyze data from global and regional salary surveys to benchmark jobs and ensure market competitiveness.
Lead or contribute to pay equity reviews, market competitiveness studies, and compensation audits.
Support the development and ongoing maintenance of job architecture, salary structures, and leveling frameworks.
Collaborate with HRIS to optimize compensation processes and ensure accurate implementation within Workday.
Maintain and enhance compensation tools, templates, and processes for greater consistency and scalability.
Provide compensation guidance and subject matter expertise to HRBPs, managers, and business leadership.
Build and deliver compensation-related communications, educational tools, and training to support understanding and compliance across the organization.
Ensure global compensation programs are compliant with regulations.
Lead or contribute to compensation work streams related to job mapping, harmonization, and plan integration.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
7–8 years of progressive experience in compensation, preferably with exposure to both broad-based and incentive compensation programs.
Deep understanding of compensation principles, job evaluation methods, and compliance regulations (e.g., FLSA, pay equity).
Direct experience with Workday Advanced Compensation and Aon Radford salary planning tools.
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, or similar tools for data modeling and analysis.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex data clearly to various stakeholders.
Experience developing compensation communications, training, and tools to support HRBP and manager enablement.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives with precision and clarity.
Global Compensation Experience preferred
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or progress toward certification preferred.

The exact salary will be dependent on the successful candidate’s location, relevant knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
