We work across Marketing, Customer, Product, and Field teams to build community experiences that deliver value to our members and impact to our business. As a Senior Community Manager you'll help manage and grow our public digital community for HR professionals, people leaders, and future-of-work advocates. You're passionate about driving connections, sparking conversation, and delivering measurable results. Reporting to the Director of Community and part of the Community and Engagement team, this role is responsible for the day-to-day moderation, program execution, and performance tracking of our digital community platform-ensuring it's a vibrant, high-value space for connection, learning, and engagement.

- 5+ years of experience managing digital communities in B2B SaaS or related industries
- Proven success executing and scaling community programs that increase engagement and influence
- Strong background in moderation and day-to-day community operations
- Experience with community platforms (e.g., Bettermode, Circle, Discourse) and performance reporting
- Interpersonal savvy collaborating across marketing, events, and customer teams
- Ability to engage and support influencers, champions, and contributors
- Excellent communication skills-written, verbal, and digital
- U.S.-based, with availability for occasional domestic travel (up to 10%)

- Familiarity with Salesforce, Snowflake, or Google Analytics
- Experience in HR tech or working with HR/People-focused audiences
- Exposure to community-led growth, UGC, or demand-gen support via community
- Experience coordinating hybrid or in-person meetups
Job Responsibilities
What will you do?
- Manage the daily operations of HiBob's public digital community, including moderating conversations, onboarding new members, and maintaining a healthy environment
- Support and execute community programs-from discussion prompts and AMAs to campaigns and content collaborations-aligned with key brand and marketing moments
- Build and maintain relationships with community contributors, thought leaders, and influencers to drive consistent, high-quality participation
- Collaborate with events and field teams to amplify in-person engagements through the community and bring digital energy into physical spaces
- Measure, analyze, and report on community health, growth, and business impact using platform analytics and reporting tools
- Partner with Marketing, Content, Product Marketing, and Brand to align community programs with broader campaigns and ensure unified messaging
