Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, insight-driven creative leader to join a newly formed performance marketing organization. This role is designed for a digital native who excels at "social listening"—identifying emerging trends and consumer behaviors—and rapidly converting those insights into high-impact, social-first content that drives traffic and sales. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between community conversation and digital commerce, creating content that shortens the path to purchase and drives growth across all channels.

The ideal candidate thrives in the fast-paced world of startups or digital-first businesses, possessing a high degree of curiosity and the ability to operate within ambiguity to challenge creative norms. You are not just a strategist; you are a creator who understands how to engineer content for performance and indirect sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect a modern influencer strategy that moves beyond transactional posts to build authentic brand advocacy that converts including social influencer content.

  • Lead the end-to-end creative process—from capturing original footage to final editing—ensuring all assets are optimized for social-first platforms and immediate engagement.

  • Actively monitor social trends and consumer conversations to identify growth opportunities, converting those real-time insights into native, platform-ready content.

  • Partner with media planners and traders to ensure content is built to drive digital demand and maximize the profitability of spend.

  • Champion the consumer journey by identifying creative tactics that turn social discovery into a measurable e-commerce outcome.

  • Design and execute a continuous learning plan, piloting new creative formats and creator-led data strategies.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, or influencer marketing.

  • Proven experience in a startup or high-growth digital business, with a track record of moving from "insight to post" with speed.

  • Strong understanding of how social content and influencer partnerships drive digital sales.

  • Proficiency in mobile-first editing and production tools, with a deep understanding of social platform capabilities (TikTok, Instagram, etc.).

  • Ability to utilize web analytics and social data to monitor performance and optimize creative assets.

  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams and drive external agency/creator partners.

  • A relentless drive to seek new ways of engaging consumers and a belief that "more is possible" through innovative digital content.

Starting Pay/Salary Range:  $110,000 – $165,300

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. At P&G compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
