Position Summary 

As a Senior Cloud Infrastructure & Operations Engineer, you will join the Information Systems Department to support our SaaS transformation. You will help build, optimize, and secure high-availability platforms while contributing to the migration of legacy environments to AWS. 

Business Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM local time 

Responsibilities 

  • Deploy and maintain platforms that are highly available, secure, and performant 

  • Support and enforce continuous integration, platform upgrades, and monitoring practices 

  • Analyze and resolve issues related to vulnerabilities, performance, scalability, and platform functionality 

  • Partner and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners 

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and process guides 

  • Lead or support the migration of legacy platforms to AWS 

  • Help ensure infrastructure reliability and operational stability across production platforms 

  • Contribute to best practices in cloud operations, automation, and infrastructure management 

  • Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided. 

  • Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with your direct manager and/or direct reports. 

Qualifications 

  • Experience supporting and managing production platforms 

  • Strong hands-on experience with Linux, PostgreSQL, Ansible, Terraform, Git, AWS and Docker 

  • Knowledge of system security principles, including ISO-27001 

  • Experience working with high-availability platforms and environments 

  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of ownership and accountability 

  • Pragmatic, analytical, and concise problem-solving approach 

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams 

  • Fluency in English is required; French is considered an advantage 

  • Nice to have: Azure experience 

  • Approximately 5+ years experience
