What We Need 

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sr. Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable and secure cloud infrastructure solutions. You will play a key role in our cloud strategy and ensure our systems are optimized for performance, availability, and cost-efficiency. 

What You Will Do 

  • Design, implement, and manage Azure-based cloud infrastructure for production, development, and testing environments. 
  • Support dev teams to build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates. 
  • Collaborate with DevOps, development, and security teams to support CI/CD pipelines and secure cloud environments. 
  • Monitor and optimize cloud resources for performance, availability, and cost efficiency. 
  • Implement best practices for cloud governance, identity and access management, and compliance. 
  • Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or other scripting languages. 
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis to ensure high availability. 
  • Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity strategies leveraging Azure tools. 
  • Stay current with Azure updates, trends, and best practices. 

What You Have

  • 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Azure in a cloud infrastructure or DevOps role. 
  • Strong knowledge of core Azure services: Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Networking (VNETs, NSGs, Load Balancers), Azure Storage, Azure Active Directory, etc. 
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep. 
  • Proficiency in automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Python). 
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integration tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins. 
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts, firewalls, VPNs, and hybrid cloud connectivity. 
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, Data Dog). 
  • Knowledge of security best practices in a cloud environment. 

What Sets You Apart 

  • Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) 
  • Experience with container orchestration platforms such as AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) 
  • Familiarity with multi-cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP) 
  • Exposure to DevSecOps practices and tools
