We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Cloud Applications Engineer to join our innovative engineering team. You'll play a crucial part in shaping cloud-native architectures, optimizing performance, and driving cutting-edge development in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. If you're a hands-on engineer with a deep understanding of cloud technologies and a desire to contribute to groundbreaking solutions, we encourage you to apply.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and develop robust cloud-native applications and services within our cloud environment.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, sharing your expertise and fostering best practices within the team.
  • Contribute to elevating the team's software development practices to industry standards.
  • Drive the design and development of RIC/xApp/rApp software that leverages our unique cluster-level awareness.
  • Collaborate on the optimization of cellular infrastructure applications on both cloud-based X86 and ARM platforms.
  • Actively support product delivery activities and Proof of Concepts (PoCs), ensuring seamless execution and successful outcomes.
  • Analyze and enhance product performance, continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
  • Translate complex technical specifications into actionable software requirements and detailed development plans.

What you should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on cloud-native applications.
  • Strong programming skills in C/C++/Go.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proven ability to work effectively within an agile team.
  • Familiarity with the entire software development lifecycle, including documentation, design, implementation, unit tests, and debugging skills.
  • Extensive experience with cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, DB’s, and container orchestration.
  • Proficiency in microservices development, API design, and messaging frameworks (such as Kafka, gRPC, REST).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Helm, and Terraform - advantage
  • Familiarity with O-RAN architecture, RIC platforms, and E2 interface protocols is a plus - advantage
  • A systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with a strong sense of ownership and drive.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) for RAN optimization - advantage.

Education:

  • B.Sc./ M.Sc /B.Tech /M.Tech in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
