Fireblocks’ platform and network provide the simplest and most secure way for companies to work with digital assets and it trusted by some of the largest financial institutions, banks, globally-recognized brands, and Web3 companies in the world, including BNY Mellon, BNP Paribas, ANZ Bank, Revolut, and thousands more.

What You'll Do

We’re looking for a dynamic marketing manager to join our growing marketing team at Fireblocks! You’ll be responsible for leading our payments market penetration initiatives - developing, executing, and influencing full funnel programs to drive awareness and demand across the globe.

In this role, you’ll work in lockstep with product marketing, digital marketing, regional marketing, and GTM leaders to align inbound and outbound campaigns. The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable, have a great understanding of marketing and sales funnels, and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Driving the strategy, development, and execution of product and vertical-focused marketing campaigns
  • Budgeting, measuring, and ROIing. You’ll be in control of each campaign’s plans and execution (including but not limited to: webinars, digital advertising, virtual events, and email campaigns)
  • Defining and rolling out inbound and outbound programs specific to product-focused pipeline growth. You’ll leverage team resources to drive a creative and messaging strategy, as well as SEO and paid digital program execution
  • Enabling regional marketers across the globe to launch campaigns and events
  • Goal setting for all programs, awareness through demand  - tracking program results, measuring program success, reporting metrics to stakeholders and GTM teams, and recommending optimizations and improvements for future campaign cycles
Required Skills
  • Have a minimum of 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a demand generation or campaign marketing environment
  • Have a strong background in campaign development and program execution
  • Have a minimum of 2 years in the payments space
  • Thrive in a hyper-growth environment
  • Can manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail
  • Present program strategy and plans clearly - and can collect and act on feedback from various stakeholders
  • Have a data-driven mindset and are passionate about impacting revenue goals
  • You have experience using marketing automation, CRM & Sales tools (Hubspot, Salesforce and Outreach a plus)
  • You’re hands-on, curious, and love to explore new ideas and tools
  • Excellent project management skills with an ability to prioritize independently

For employees hired to work from our NYC HQ, Fireblocks is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range is specific to New York City, and takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are reviewed when making a hiring decision, such as years of experience, skills, and other business needs. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and each compensation decision is dependent on each individual case. A reasonable base salary range estimate for this position is $121,000 to $159,000.

The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a target bonus, a very competitive equity grant, and very generous benefits. While we believe competitive compensation is a critical aspect of you deciding to join us, we do hope you also spend time considering why our mission and culture are right for you. We are creating something transformational here, and we hope you are as excited about the future as we are.

Fireblocks' mission is to enable every business to easily and securely access digital assets and cryptocurrencies. In order to do that, we strongly believe our workforce should be as diverse as our clients, and this is why we embrace diversity and inclusion in all its forms.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
